Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Evening Shift

A skilled nursing facility in the Brooklyn/Queens area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the evening shift.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all supervisory duties for the assigned unit

• Assist in developing and implementing staff policies and procedures

• Mentor and support nursing staff with clinical guidance and career development

• Ensure high standards of patient care are consistently maintained

• Review resident records and monitor quality of care

• Address concerns from residents and their families in a professional manner

• Act as a liaison between unit staff and upper management

Requirements:

• Valid New York State RN license

• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience preferred

• Prior charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with computer systems

• Excellent communication skills
